The EB-5 investment visa program provides a method for eligible Immigrant Investors to become lawful permanent residents (Green Card Holders) by investing $900,000 in a New Commercial Enterprise (NCE), which is typically a commercial real estate project. FACC member, EB5 Capital, has successfully managed investments in over 16 projects in the Washington D.C. area. Please join us to learn more about the EB-5 Program, EB5 Capital’s current projects, and opportunities for investors and/or their family members who are interested in staying permanently in the United States.
Presenters:
Eliot Norman is a member of the Board of FACC and a long-time FACC member. He is active in guiding private investors in their choices when considering Cross-Border M&A transactions or making EB-5 investments to obtain Green Card status. He speaks French fluently and was previously the head of the Foreign Direct Investment and Immigration Practice at Williams Mullen. Education: Yale College, Sciences Po, Boston College Law School.
Director of Business Development at EB5 Capital. Juline Kaleyas began her career at EB5 Capital in September 2012, and works in the Washington, D.C office. As the Director of Business Development, Juline’s primary role is to pursue strategic opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and identify new markets for the firm. Her current focus includes Europe, Southeast Asia, Israel, Canada, and South Africa. As an experienced member of the Investor Relations team, Juline has a track record of driving business growth and leading foreign investors through the EB-5 immigration and investment process multiple times. Juline has lived and worked a considerable time overseas across multiple geographic locations. She graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in Economics and Chinese and holds a master’s degree in International Trade and Investment Policy from the George Washington University.
